Compassionate Care.

Clinical Excellence.

Pelvic Health, Perfected.

Pelvic floor physical therapy is specialized care for the muscles, nerves, and connective tissues that support your bladder, bowel, reproductive organs, and core stability. Whether you're dealing with pain, leakage, pressure, or simply want to prevent issues before they start, pelvic floor PT addresses the root cause—not just the symptoms. It’s effective, evidence-based care that helps you move, function, and feel like yourself again.

  • The most effective pelvic health physical therapy happens one-on-one, in a setting designed specifically for it. This isn’t a side service or an add-on to a general orthopedic clinic; this is focused, specialized care in a dedicated environment where your privacy, comfort, and healing come first. With undivided attention and expert guidance, you’ll receive the kind of care that truly makes a difference.

  • Choosing out-of-network physical therapy means your care isn’t limited by insurance rules. We have the freedom to spend the time you truly need—whether that’s longer sessions or a tailored treatment plan—to help you heal fully. This allows us to customize your care without restrictions, so you get the best possible results without worrying about insurance dictating your progress.

  • Complex cases are my specialty—they’re not the exception, but the norm in my practice. I’m experienced in addressing challenging pelvic health issues that others may find difficult to treat. Because I focus on these intricate conditions every day, I’m equipped with the knowledge and skills to provide effective, personalized care that truly makes a difference.

What makes working with me Different

  • As a board-certified women’s health physical therapist—a distinction held by fewer than 500 clinicians nationwide—I bring advanced expertise and specialized training to every patient. My reputation for clinical excellence has made me the trusted provider physicians refer to, other physical therapists consult with, and patients seek out; especially when their symptoms are complex or unresolved. With a personalized, evidence-based approach and personalized care that consistently delivers results, I’m proud to be the preferred choice for pelvic health care across the Temecula Valley and Inland Empire.

  • What truly sets my care apart is that I listen—really listen. Over the years, I’ve learned that when I pause and let patients speak, they often tell me exactly what’s going on. My role isn’t to “fix” anyone, but to partner with them—guiding their recovery with compassion, clinical insight, and respect for their lived experience. It’s a collaborative approach to healing that many have never encountered before, and it’s often the key to lasting results.

  • Patients seek out my care because it is highly individualized, purposeful, and results-driven. I don’t rely on standardized protocols or open-ended treatment plans. Instead, each visit is tailored to your unique needs, with clearly defined goals that we develop together. This collaborative, patient-centered approach ensures that every session is meaningful, efficient, and focused on achieving lasting progress.

Meet Dr. Desiree Pabin, PT, DPT, WCS, PRPC, CAPP-Pelvic, PCES

Board Certified Pelvic Health Physical Therapist

Expert in Pelvic Health Physical Therapy

Hi, I’m Dr. Desiree Pabin, PT, DPT, WCS, PRPC, CAPP-Pelvic, PCES, and I’m the owner and founder of Illume Pelvic Health Physical Therapy & Wellness. I’m a Board-Certified Women’s Health Clinical Specialist and have been practicing since earning my Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) in 2014.

I’m deeply passionate about pelvic health—for all genders—including men’s health, pregnancy, and postpartum care. I believe that healing begins with understanding, which is why education is at the heart of everything I do. My goal is to help you make informed, empowered decisions about your body- based not only on your symptoms, but on current evidence, expert guidance, and what truly works for you, not just what you may have been told before or found through late-night internet searches.

Having spent my entire career serving the Temecula Valley, I’ve built strong, lasting relationships with trusted providers across the community. At Illume, you’re not just receiving physical therapy—you’re gaining access to a collaborative network of care that’s committed to helping you feel seen, heard, and truly supported.

If you’ve ever felt dismissed, confused, or like you were just supposed to “live with it,” I want you to know: there is another way.

Come experience the level of care you may not have known existed—but absolutely deserve.
